A qualified appointment meets all your predefined criteria (income, property ownership, decision authority, etc.) AND shows up for the scheduled appointment. If they don't show, you don't pay.
Only after the appointment is confirmed and attended. We charge weekly via ACH or credit card for all qualified appointments from the previous week.
If an appointment doesn't meet your qualification criteria, we don't charge for it. We also provide a credit for any appointment that's clearly unqualified despite meeting initial criteria.
None. You can stop anytime, scale up or down as needed, and there are no minimum commitments. You're in complete control.
