Welcome to BAM. By downloading, accessing, or using the BAM app and website, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

Use of Service

  • BAM provides affiliate mining, referral rewards, and Learn-to-Earn features.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use BAM.
  • You agree to use BAM only for lawful purposes.

Token Rewards

  • BAM tokens are distributed based on affiliate purchases, referrals, and Learn-to-Earn participation.
  • Rewards are automated through smart contracts on Kadena.
  • Tokens are subject to a 90-day minimum holding period before withdrawal.

Affiliates & Partnerships

  • BAM partners with third-party merchants (e.g., Amazon).
  • We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or delivery of affiliate products or services.
  • Purchases are subject to each merchant’s terms.

VIP Vault

  • Eligibility requires vaulting 10,000 BAM tokens and completing monthly Learn-to-Earn sessions.
  • Rewards are proportionally distributed from the VIP pool.
  • Vaulted tokens remain locked for the specified period.

Limitation of Liability

  • BAM provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted access.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party merchants, blockchain issues, or token market fluctuations.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located within Texas.
